MyTrip.AI is a service operated by VoyagePort Inc. (“VoyagePort”, “we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our AI writing tools, web applications, websites, and related business services. It does not apply to third‑party services that are governed by their own agreements.

Overview
We prioritize your privacy. You retain rights to control how your Personal Data is used, and you can access and update your information. Where an organization contracts with us on your behalf, that organization is responsible for the information it asks us to process. Some information is required to provide our services; other information is optional and you may choose not to provide it.
Information we collect
We collect Personal Data — information that can be used to identify you directly or indirectly — as well as Other Information, including organization details, account data, device information, and usage patterns. We also use cookies and similar tracking technologies across our services and devices.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to operate and maintain our services, prevent and resolve technical issues, analyze usage trends, develop new features, send communications, investigate security concerns, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
When we share information
- Customer instructions — we share information following our customer’s directions and applicable law.
- Team collaboration — profile information may be shared between members of the same workspace.
- Service providers — third‑party companies that support our business operations.
- Third‑party services — information you choose to share by enabling an integration.
- Corporate affiliates — shared with your consent.
- Business changes — information may be transferred in connection with a merger or acquisition.
- Aggregated / de‑identified data — which no longer identifies you, may be disclosed for any purpose.
- Legal compliance and safety — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- With your consent — in any other case where you give us permission.
Data retention
We retain account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. We keep information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, operate our business, and improve our services. Deactivated accounts may retain some information so that team members can continue to access shared content.
Security
We implement technical safeguards using U.S.‑based hosting providers. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee that data — during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care — is absolutely safe from intrusion by others.
Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and we take steps to delete such information when we discover it.
California privacy rights
California residents have the right to request information about the personal data we collect, request deletion of that data, designate an authorized agent to make requests, and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal data. We acknowledge requests within ten days and respond within 45 days after verifying your identity.
Do Not Track
Because there is no consistent industry standard for Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as needed for legal compliance or changes in our business practices. We will provide additional notice of significant changes. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
